Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

1. Limited license

Fawzwill grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful estate-planning purposes. This license conveys no ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Restrictions

Except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, rule sets, or methodology of the Service or any part of it;
• access the Service or its API by any automated means, or perform bulk, scripted, scraped, or high-volume access, or circumvent any rate limit, access control, or technical protection measure;
• copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service, its documents, templates, or content, or incorporate any part of it into another product or service;
• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or make the Service available to any third party, or remove or alter any proprietary, copyright, or trademark notice;
• use the Service, or any data or output obtained from it, to build, train, or benchmark a competing product.

3. Ownership & intellectual property

The Service, including its software, faraid engine, document templates, design, text, and the Fawz Will™ name and marks, is the proprietary property of Fawzwill and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. It is licensed, not sold. “Fawz Will” and “FAWZ WILL” are trademarks of Fawzwill; all rights reserved.

4. No legal advice

The Service generates documents but is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or religious advice. Nothing produced by the Service is legal advice about your own documents or situation, and no attorney–client relationship is created. Whether a document is valid depends on the law of your jurisdiction and your specific circumstances. Consult a licensed attorney and a qualified scholar before relying on any document.

5. Beta, warranty & liability

The Service is provided on a beta basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fawzwill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
